Description For our winter ascents, our KAMET DOWN mountaineering jacket provides unparalleled warmth thanks to its innovative construction that limits thermal bridging. It is highly compressible and filled with K Dry™-treated natural down, allowing it to perform efficiently even in wet weather. The new water-repellent polyamide outer material and ripstop lining ensure the jacket is both light and durable. We can focus on our tasks at hand without worrying about rubbing against rocks. Compatible with a harness, our mountaineering jacket has two higher up zip hand pockets and an inside pocket. The athletic, ergonomic cut includes vents on the front and back for enhanced protection. In windy conditions, we can raise the highly protective collar and pull the hood up over our heads while maintaining an unobstructed view. Ideal for challenging outings in extreme cold weather, our down jacket is delivered in its own compression sack. The finish is PFC Free, to be environmentally kinder, and the RDS label guarantees the animals’ welfare. RDS DOWN Product certified to the Responsible Down Standard contain down or feathers from farms certified to animal welfare requirements. RIPSTOP Ripstop ensure a longwearing abrasion resistance with its anti-tear structure. Scuffing is stopped automatically by the weave of the Ripstop fabric of Millet garments.
